While the current global LNG supply-demand balance outlook is slightly skewed towards the supply end of the equation, this equation can change quickly in a global setting where the need to reduce carbon emissions (LNG is a much cleaner fossil fuel than crude oil or coal) will probably only increase. The important takeaway from this article is that global LNG supply/demand must be considered as one of the inputs when trying to discern future price movements for
the natural gas market.
