You Asked, We Answered

1Why should I use an energy consultant?

Using an energy consultant allows you to remove the workload from your desk, as well as the hassle of dealing with a variety of suppliers, allowing you to focus on your business.

2Will the reliability of my electricity service change if I switch to a retail electricity supplier?

No. Regardless of which retail electricity supplier you choose, your electricity will continue to be delivered reliably by your local delivery company (LDC). Your state's utility commission regulates the process.

3Procurement is a small piece of what I need. What if I need more than just competitive rates?

We offer total energy cost management that extends beyond procurement. You can find information on all our service by visiting

4How will I be billed?

Depending on the retail suppliers’ options, you could be billed separately by the utility for your delivery and by the retail supplier for your supply. You could also receive a single bill for both the delivery and supply from the retail supplier or, in limited circumstances, from the utility.

5What happens in case of an emergency or power outage?

Your local utility company is still responsible for the maintenance and repair of energy poles and wires, particularly when it comes to power outages and emergencies.

6Do the market reports cost anything?

No. We believe that everyone has the right to be informed on the energy markets and what influences prices, so we do not charge for our market reports. To subscribe, visit and complete the registration form in the middle of the page.
