alfaenergy will be participating in a week-long green initiative to promote carbon footprint reduction through sustainable business practices.
From June 9th to 13th, our offices internationally will be taking on the daily challenges and implementing creative practices to show our support. Although the initiative is a London-based one, we have decided that everyone should get involved and have, therefore, incorporated all our employees. Follow us as our alfarians turn their offices in London, Sarajevo, Chicago and Frankfurt green while raising environmental awareness.
alfaenergy also encourages others to take the right steps towards making their business green, reducing their carbon footprint and contributing to a better tomorrow. You can help make a difference wherever you are.
The challenges include:
- More Recycling Monday – Recycle everything! Make the office recycling friendly.
- Travel light Tuesday – Walk, cycle, run, car pool your way to work!
- Water Saving Wednesday – Turn the taps off, boil only half a kettle – save water!
- Switch OFF Thursday – Unplug and turn off items on standby – how much power can you save?
- Meat Free Friday – Eat veggies and buy local.
