alfaenergy has made it into the finalist circles for two awards this year.
The first award, 2014 Broker of the Year, marks our third year in a row being shortlisted, having won in 2012. In response to the news, Ian White, Director of Strategy: International Sales, had the following to say: “Everyone at alfaenergy is incredibly proud to be nominated again for this award. As the market evolves we have had to work extremely hard to continue to innovate in order to provide the products and services to meet our clients’ energy needs. Being nominated two years running having won in 2012 suggests that we are doing something right, which is reassuring given the competitive environment. Looking forward, rising energy costs pose a real threat to all UK and PAN-European businesses and alfaenergy will continue to find innovative and effective ways to help our clients manage their energy costs on a local, national and international level.” Along with this, alfaenergy has been nominated for the first time for the 2014 Hounslow Business Awards for Best Business for Customer Service. “We are delighted to receive a nomination for “Best Business for Customer Services”. We always put customer service at the forefront of our business and we are proud that this has been recognized by being selected as a finalist for the Hounslow Business Awards,” said Paul Edwards, Operations Director. The alfaenergy team is exceedingly happy to be shortlisted for both of the awards, especially for the first time nomination for customer service.
