Business as Usual: A note of assurance to our customers and partners

As a responsible business Alfa Energy Group has in place a Business Continuity Plan for ensuring we can support our customers, even in the most challenging times.

Importantly we also need to act responsibly to protect the well-being of all our stakeholders, our staff, customers and partners.

While it is challenging for many to be in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, you can be assured that Alfa Energy Group has effectively rolled out our Business Continuity Plan, so that we can and are already working together as a team, remotely, but together and for you.

You probably haven’t even noticed the difference, and so what that means is, business as usual:

  • you will still have access to your contacts in Alfa and they will be fully operational to provide you with the service and to the excellent standards you expect
  • meetings will operate as planned and through online video or teleconference facilities
  • your invoices provided by suppliers will be validated and reported on
  • your portfolio will still be under management
  • your procurement will still be delivered
  • your strategy will still be defined
  • your risk will still be managed
  • your compliance will still be achieved
  • your consumption will still be measured
  • your Alfa is still by your side
  • and we are together.
